Join us on-board the Carnival Horizon Cruise Ship

Not included in cruise package:

  • On-board gratuities (optional).

  • On-board purchases (spa treatments, alcoholic beverages, on-board shopping, casino etc...).

  • All shores expenses including excursions, taxis, food, etc.

  • All travel expenses including airfare, travel disruptions, transportation to and from the port.​

Accommodation Requests:

  • All accommodation requests are to be submitted to our Events Department by email:

  • Any Distributors travelling alone, and no written request is made to share a cabin with a specific person, will be assigned a           roommate by head office.

  • Name or cabin change requests are subject to additional fees at the cruise line's discretion. Each cabin has 2 twin beds that can be    converted to a king bed. 

  • No changes are permitted within 60 days of sailing. ​


  • Terms & Conditions:

  • Cruise tickets are non-refundable and have no cash value.

  • Cruise tickets purchased cover the cost of one cabin for one Distributor, based on the cabin they chose at time of purchase.

  • All cabins in our group booking can accommodate up to 2 people. Those not travelling with a guest will be paired up with another Distributor as per their request or head office decision based on availability.

  • All travel expenses including airfare, travel disruptions, transportation to and from the port are excluded in the price of the cruise ticket.

  • On-board gratuities & purchases such as spa treatments, alcoholic beverages, shopping, gambling etc. are excluded from the price of the cruise ticket.

  • All shore expenses including excursions, taxis, food, etc. are excluded from the price of the cruise ticket.

  • You must be an active Distributor whose account is in good standing to participate in all corporate events and training on-board the ship.

  • Must be 25 years of age or older to participate in corporate events (contact us if you wish to bring children).

  • Cabin numbers and location are assigned by the cruise line and cannot be chosen or requested. Cabin numbers, location and booking numbers will be available 60 days prior to the sailing date.

  • Once booking information is provided, each individual is responsible for checking themselves in and printing their boarding passes.

  • Distributors who fail to provide all booking information to our Events Department at least 60 days prior to sailing, will lose their cabin and forfeit any refunds.

  • Cruise tickets are transferable to another active Distributor for a fee of approximately $75 USD, up to 60 days prior to sailing.  No name changes or upgrade requests will be accepted within 60 days of sailing.

  • Upgrades to a higher category cabin such as ocean-view, balcony or suite are at the Distributor’s expense and must be requested by email to: at least 60 days priors to departure.

  • One Guest per active Distributor is permitted, based on availability. Guest must share cabins with the Distributor who invited them. 

  • Additional cabins for family and friends are not available through our group booking. 

  • Training sessions are for active Distributors with accounts in good standing, who purchased their cruise ticket through our Events page.  

  • New Distributors must be an active Distributor for at least 4 months prior to sailing to be eligible to participate in this event.   

  • Guests are welcome to attend the Orientation meeting on day-1 and the Awards Ceremony on the last day.

  • Guests will not receive any gifts for attending the retreat. 

  • Distributors and Guests must contact our Events Department for all inquiries, as is this a group booking and requires special handling.


Trip Incentive – Earning the Cruise for free:

  • To be eligible for the Incentive Trip offer, you must purchase your cruise ticket before October 1st, 2020 or while cabins are still available.

  • You must be an active Distributor whose account is in good standing past the sailing date in order to be eligible for the trip incentive. 

  • The cruise earned through this incentive trip program is non-transferable, is only valid on this sailing and has no cash value.

  • Qualification period for earning the free cruise runs from November 30th, 2019 to October 15th. 2020. 

  • Incentive Trip offer only covers the cost of an interior cabin for the Distributor who earned it at the advertised price.  This offer is non-transferable.

  • A Distributor must attend the cruise retreat to receive the trip incentive cash refund, no exceptions.

  • Distributors who cancel or no longer attend, are not entitled to the gifts received by those who attended.

  • Distributors who earn a free cruise can choose a cash refund or gel credit payout to their Distributor account.

  • Distributors can earn a second cruise for free for a guest sharing a cabin, by meeting the same criteria.

  • A second FREE Cruise may be given to another Distributor or a guest of your choice, only if the Distributor earned the first cruise and is attending as well.

  • GelMoment reserves the right to accept or deny any Distributor from attending and reserves all rights.
